What you will contribute
The Sales & Supply Chain Monitoring Executive will manage sales data coordination, supply chain mapping, transportation analysis, and vehicle movement monitoring across multiple stages of the distribution network. The role covers the following sales stages: Primary Sales: RCPL to Anchor Data coordination with the designated MIS SPOC. Secondary Sales (P2 Sale): Anchor to Sub-Distributors Data coordination with DBSR and ASE stakeholders. Tertiary Sales: Sub-Distributor to Open Market Data coordination with the designated ASE. The successful candidate will collect, verify, and consolidate daily sales information while maintaining an accurate database of supply chain entities, contacts, addresses, distances, and reporting relationships. The role will also track vehicle movements and transportation costs to assess actual product movement, market penetration, and operational efficiency. Department: Operations / Supply Chain / MIS Reporting to: Management / Operations Head Experience: 1–3 years Qualification: Any graduate; MBA preferred Key performance indicators include: • Accuracy of sales and MIS reports • Timely collection and submission of data • Accuracy of supply chain mapping • Efficiency of vehicle movement tracking • Quality of transportation cost analysis
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with designated MIS, DBSR, and ASE stakeholders to collect sales data.
- Collect and verify primary sales data covering RCPL-to-Anchor transactions.
- Collect and verify secondary or P2 sales data covering Anchor-to-Sub-Distributor transactions.
- Collect and verify tertiary sales data covering Sub-Distributor-to-Open-Market transactions.
- Prepare and submit accurate consolidated daily sales and MIS reports.
- Monitor sales trends, product volumes, values, and movement across the distribution network.
